Training Sessions include:
1. Form critique
2. Teaching proper movement patterns
3. Giving cues to understanding how to properly build a mind-muscle connection
4. Tips and knowledge on auto-regulation to ensure each workout is optimized
The main goal of each training session is to give you the knowledge and skills necessary to instill a sense of confidence and independence to perform the workouts alone comfortably.
